Is not guaranteed next day delivery as we are located outside the next business day delivery network.

Can take between 4-7 business days. Allow more time for remote/rural areas.

Insurance Option on Parcels in Australia

Insurance is now an "option" on orders shipped within Australia. The cost is $3.00 and YOU MUST select the Shipping Insurance Option during the Checkout process if you wish for your goods to be insured against damage in transit.

If You Do Not Select The Shipping Insurance Option For Your Order We Can Take Absolutely No Responsibility For Goods Damaged In Transit, Also Australia Post Will Not Accept Any Liability Unless The Insurance Option Is Taken.

Optional Insurance Cover is recommended and will insure your goods for the invoiced value and is a service provided through the Australia Post Network. The information relating to insurance on the Australia Post website should be read in conjunction the General Post Guide and Parcel Post Guide found on the Australia Post website. Insurance cover does not cover any other loss of any nature whatsoever other than the price of the products damaged as per invoice and contained in the package insured. In the event that a claim against insurance needs to be lodged you will be required to provide any information requested by Australia Post to complete the claim.

The insurance cover is provided by a third party and whilst fascinatorshop.com.au will take all reasonable action to assist with the claims process fascinatorshop.com.au has no ability to control such third parties and therefore takes no responsablity whatsoever for the outcome of any claim.

Packaging

When posting your order, we will take great care in packaging the items. Although we take every care with the packing of it, we can not be responsible for any damaged caused throughout it's journey.

Returns

Please choose carefully and any claims are to be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Any return must be approved prior to the return of the goods. All approvals are at the sole discretion of fascinatorshop.com.au The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. Some of the reasons for refusal of a return are listed below. The Postage costs associated with supplying the goods to the customer and a restocking fee of $5.00 or 10% , whichever is the higher, will be deducted from any return processed. fascinatorshop.com.au reserves the right to use its sole discretion to refuse a refund upon inspection of the returned goods. If goods are, for whatever reason, returned the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be in original conditional and packaging.

Examples why you are not entitled to a refund. If you :-

  • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods
  • realise you can't afford the goods;
  • found the same item elsewhere;
  • chose the wrong size or colour;
  • were responsible for damaging the products, or they are damaged in transit.

Payment

Cleared payment is required prior to shipping of order.

If payment is made via Bank Deposit the funds must be deposited into the specified Bank Account within 5 days from the date of placing the order. During Sale periods Bank Deposits are required to be received in the specified Bank Account within 2 days of the order date. Failure to meet these time-lines may result in the order being cancelled and products returned to stock for re sale.

Credit Card payments that are declined for whatever reason need to be rectified within the same time-lines for payment that apply to Bank Deposits above. Failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled and products returned to stock for re sale.
